Two of Michele's children are autistic and two of her children have been diagnosed with ADHD. Because of the neurodiversity within Michele's home, she has spent countless hours researching and studying how to best provide necessary and adequate resources for her children. Michele completed a master’s degree in special education with an emphasis on behavior from Arizona State University where she developed skills which enable her to help others better understand how to show up for their neurodivergent child in a meaningful and respectful way.
